Organizing visual and textual notes when using Obsidian Excalidraw plugin

Ғылым және технология

One way of organizing visual and textual notes when using Obsidian Excalidraw is making sure your Excalidraw templates don't have any elements so that SVG files are only created when you make something new.

I really like the utility of hybrid notes! As far as the point @smiththewright raises, I was thinking of a way (via the Auto-export Settings in Excalidraw) to export the .svg files to a specific folder in the vault? Better yet, a hidden folder? I agree that "vault hygiene" is a good idea and teh files will multiply fast if you're creating lots of notes/folders, etc. I want to keep using the notes, and think this would be an elegant solution. It'd have to be implemented on the Obsidian client side, no?

For me the problem is more to keep the svgs in a specific folder for export purposes rather than in the same folder of the associated exaclidraw file, AFAIK there's not an option rn but correct me if I'm wrong...
