Sadly my house is the same, well worse , I'm a Craft hoarder and literally have no room anywhere in my house, after over 15 years of collecting craft supplies I will "hopefully" with God and my families help I will be starting to declutter and clean out my craft home. Hopefully... it's hard when you have depression, anxiety, adhd, fibromyalgia and other health issues, thank you for this video it gave me a bit of hope!

You sound very similar to Mira and all that she's dealing with. It is so hard to find that motivation when you are depressed, anxious, have ADHD and other health issues. I am actually working on my next video right now which will be all about helping a friend or family member who is struggling. I'm hoping it inspires more people to look for ways to help people in their community. It sounds like you have family around who could possibly help you and that's great. It's sad to think about the people who have no family or friends around to help and are just struggling alone. I wish you the best and I'm glad this video gave you a little hope!🥰🙏

So many similarities, here. Doing a bit each day while caring for an adult and a dog, with many issues of my own. It is hard, but every day God wakes me up I continue the fight. Blessings to you and all those like us, as well as the helpers! We will continue on to success! 💙🙏🏽💙

Thank you for helping her, Bonnie. We have a place near where I live called the Scrap Exchange. They take surplus crafting supplies and do free programs with children in poorer areas who don’t have much in the way of enrichment activities. If there’s something similar near Mira she might get a great sense of satisfaction donating a lot of the paper etc that will be hard for her to use up.

A free craft-program for children in poorer area's...that sounds "bleep" awesome! I mean: it keeps childeren buzy and therefore of the street, it helps them develop their natural creativity and maybe other skills, and it shows them there are people who care about spending time with them!

Yes- we donate to the local elementary school and I love the idea of sharing goods with those who cannot afford this or might not naturally access it in their world. Great idea and thanks for sharing as it makes me more aware.

Mira, You’re an amazing woman. You got this. And let me just say, I’ve NEVER heard you have anything but a sweet voice with people around you. You never come off as mean spirited or bossy or pushy. And you have lots of extenuating circumstances and you’ve been working on your place all by yourself and you ve actually created your own channel to help others and create motivation for yourself. Mira, I am neurodivergent myself, with emotional stuff I'm still dealing with, plus I'm an artistic type with a huge love of anything involving music, cooking, journaling, scrapbook paper, markers, etc. And I am in a small-ish space, so I absolutely have to watch how much I order from places like Temu, Amazon, etc. So I totally understand how things can quite literally pile up and overwhelm. 🤗 I'm so glad you were able to bring in a helpful person that was there as a supportive soul who didn't judge. Judgmental people have zero idea how much their judgments re-trigger everything and set others back. It's why I love the sentiment of: "Be kind. Some people are fighting battles you cannot see." Keep on plugging away, Mira! You've got this! 😁

You know, you are too cool for school! You have a vision for organizing that I can’t begin to comprehend, but you are amazing to watch, to listen to because you are both articulate and your sense of humor is hilarious. People don’t realize how having too much stuff and it being disorganized zaps your energy. An organized environment gives your energy back. As a crafter I understand the desire to purchase all the things, and getting the monthly subscriptions is a lot of fun but there’s no way you can get to using it all and it quickly becomes overwhelming. I always end up stopping my subscriptions when I haven’t even opened the last couple deliveries.

Mira has such a pretty house and great taste in furnishings. It's evident that there was a baseline for organization with her home, but that avalanche of her being so sick and losing her loved ones really threw her off. It's totally uplifting to see her resolve and you teaming up with her to get things back on track. You ladies totally rock!❤

I thought that my craft room was cluttered, but after seeing this one, I feel pretty good about mine! Great job on eating the elephant one bite at a time.

You are a wonderful person doing all that….I get very frustrated at people that just let others do things for them while they do nothing…..plenty of excuses though as to why they can’t do it.

You are awesome. I can see this room becoming discombobulated again. Trash cans for recycling and trash in general need to be put in there, and a quick tidy after working in the room would help. I hope she keeps the clean going because it looks like it can be an awesome space to craft in. ❤❤ if she buys something, she needs to put it away instead of just putting it down.

I expect that any kind of craft room becomes a little out of control sometimes. Hopefully it never gets this out of control again.😊 The fact that she is getting rid of so much will definitely help. Its so dangereous to have little dogs and to have a messy floor. They can swallow and cannot poop it and to take it out dog should have a big cut in operation. Bcareful pls. floor should be clean. Owner should take a good care of it. Bolt is hyper young and not like the white one. Pls. Inform the owner nothing on the floor must be a rule. If she drops detergend or pills or any other chemical probably he will find it. And thank you for great work!❤

As a crafter, we always buy way more than we will ever use.... The saying goes crafting and collecting crafting supplies are two separate hobbies.... lol... but seriously, I learned the hard way, too much stuff is never used... selling rarely ever covers the original cost and not even worth the hassle ... and the worst part of a craft hoard, is crafting supplies have an expiration date and become unuseable.

But, yes, she is definitely getting rid of a ton of this stuff. She just needs more time to go through it. I know she's been working hard on going through boxes this last couple of weeks and I'm heading back up there on Wednesday to try to put things away a little better now that she has gone through so much of it.

I also work as a professional organizer and have done a few craft rooms like this. What a blessing you are to your clients! I'm so glad to have been referred to your channel by a friend of mine...we are scraobookers too! But...my favorite part of this video might be folding laundry. I love to fold laundry. It's my meditation. Gives me calm and peace to make it just so and have a big pile end up in pretty little stacks.

That's a great idea! I always have a KZread cleaning Channel or a podcast going when I'm cleaning my own house. If I'm not filming, that is. It seems like I'm filming everything these days.😄

Bonnie, you are just a dynamo! I wish you could bottle that energy and sell some of it to me, lol. I think that you do more for Mira than just help her declutter - I think your loving companionship and acceptance of Mira as Mira has done her a world of good. I hope you continue with your channel even though right now you may wonder why with all the difficulties you have been facing, but I hope that know you are a bright spot in a world that seems progressively darker.

The dogs are adorable. That Colt is so cute. It's funny my dogs like to chew to caps off the water bottles too. My Chihuahua is afraid of the bottle sound, so I just give the caps to him. Craft companies depend on people constantly buying things. Many have monthly subscriptions. I'm not surprised to see items pile up easily in that category.

I enjoyed watching this video. I love helping people clean and organize their rooms, especially their craft rooms. Also, YES! I watched you fold the laundry too. I also love folding the towels and blanket/quilts in the Trifold design. FYI! When you fold a blanket/quilt in the trifold way, try putting them inside the matching shams, if it is not to thick. This will allow them to be stored and found together or displayed on the guest bed ready to use.

Wow! That would have absolutely overwhelmed me.
