As you get older I highly recommend you move the heavy things like the mixer and other heavy appliances up off the bottom shelf and move them to a waist high shelf. Simply flip the heavy and lighter weight objects. Much better for your back.

I took photos of my organized cupboards and posted them inside the cupboard doors so stuff goes back to its proper place.

With your spices the orange ones on the middle shelf if you turn them around so it’s not on the opening side and put a little label on them it’s easier to see what they are instead of taken them out trust me it works 😀x
