another amazing video! How old is Ras Ginga? This country living of the land keeps you eternally young! My great grandparents lived by themselves off the land in countryside Romania and both active and strongmind util their deaths at age 98 and 95.

Excellent videos as always Matthew - always beautifully shot and edited. As a Jamaican I’m disappointed to see you in Grenada but I understand that Jamaica can be draining sometimes. Hoping that Jamaica will remain as a country in your rotation and this does not represent a permanent shift away from us. Blessings for what you do!
