One change I would likely make if I did this would be to make waffle cone shells to avoid using the tortillas, but that's just because I feel those would be easier to work with. The tortillas just seems like an odd choice for me.

I just don’t like cream cheese #cheescake is nasty I want to see if it’s another way with like vanilla cream or chocolate or some idk 🤷🏽‍♂️ but yes waffle sound good or pancakes

You can use pastry dough instead of tortilla shells. Have a better sweeter taste than tasting flour
