Eggs - 5 pcs
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 150 g / 5.2 oz
Flour - 100 g / 3.5 oz
Cocoa - 25 g / 0.8 oz
Cornstarch - 30 g / 1.0 oz
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cream - mousse:
Egg yolks - 3 pcs
Sugar - 50 g / 1.7 oz
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Condensed milk - 100 g / 3.5 oz
Butter - 20 g / 0.7 oz
Gelatin - 10 g / 0.3 oz
Water - 60 ml
Whipping cream 33% - 350 g / 12.3 oz
Oreo Cookies - 80 g / 2.8 oz
Glaze:
Chocolate - 150 g / 5.2 oz
Cream - 50 g / 1.7 oz

For my cake, I wouldn't measure the Oreo cookies. I'd just get a Double Stuf bag, break them up, and put them in the frosting like you did. It would be some cake in the Oreos, not the other way around 😅 Thank you for this as always!
