Hey guys great video. Last Friday i caught a Coho in a small tributary outside of woodland wa. When i opened her up to get the eggs there were worms inside her belly. Is the meat safe to eat? Is that common?

Dominic Catania you will be fine, just don’t eat the worms. Make sure you cook to correct temps.

Don't think they want 15k people at there spot that's why they ban posts in there page that include river names. The best way to learn where the fish are is to go fishing. If too many people go to spits with fish they will close those areas of the river because the numbers will decline this happened already for many rivers. Two off the top of my head are the Willamette at dexter dam above the 700 marker and lake Creek that used to hold a 30lb average fish

Guys I have a problem in my setup. I lost 2 big chinook by snapping the line in the first knot between the main line and the bumper going to the flasher. Am on 50lb braid. Any thoughts?

What knot are you using? Is it breaking at the knot? We typically use 65 lb braid.

Garibaldi has been slow as mud lately only saw 1 fish caught in the last 2 days. That’s not Garibaldi like someone else claimed it’s not even in Tillamook. I’m not going to say as I don’t want to ruin Nick’s spot.

Jacob Fox i was standing on the Tillamook jetty yesterday! That’s not the same jetty and on the top of that the jetty in the video doesn’t have a fog horn on it and or it hasn’t fallen into the ocean like at Tillamook on the south jetty. YOU’RE WRONG.
