Ma'am does suit for recovery of money falls under Summary Suit?

Ma'am, in Agreement to refund money if property ( plot ) not delivered within time can summary suit be instituted to get that refund?

Suit for specific performance already installed . Now during hearing of Specific performance suit , now i wants to sue for 'Pronote ' suit. What is your view regarding this.

Ma'am, 'liquidated demand', ek baar phir se bata dijiye please..

Only plaintiff filed application, After application defendant ki leave to defend ki application lga sakta h

mam why s.5 of limitation act: it applies to appeal and application not suit???

Because order VII rule 6 applies to suit.

@@ArchnaSukhija Mam i mean to stay that we can claim exemption from limitation law but mam u/s 5 of limitation act we can apply for condonation in appeal or application only as it is not applicable to suit?
