Lyrics: Saw
The price of existence.
Our stagnant bodies bound
in a time of the living.
And nothing's what it's been.
I have drowned in this vague world.
We pretend, but the madness always on deep inside
our sleeping state, where our black thoughts thrive.
I can't be, the only one.
That sees this, that feels the fumes from the motors.
Delusions starts to eat the world as we know
it. Can we ever change ourselves, the strange?
And in myself I feel that I'm always outside the reality.
And inside my fragile me lies the truth concealed.
Hidden deep down in me.
Failure of resistance.
Welcome, the wave of rage.
So far in the distance, but so close in our blood and veins.
I'll fight this sentence.
Nothing's real inside this scope.
I'll fight my condition.
Nothing will ever break or harm, us strange.
Strange.
We're hiding the knifes, scared of what we'll meet.
And in myself I feel that I'm always outside the reality.
And inside my fragile me lies the truth concealed.
Hidden deep down in me.
We'll face them all.
We'll face them all.
We'll take it all.
We'll take it all.
How can I be so afraid of living?
We're the ghosts of this world.
I'm tired of this mess.
I'm tired of thoughts eating myself from the inside out.
I've waited so long and the only thing I know.
No matter how hard I try, I'll never be free.
But nothing seems to ever unfold.
At least my sight calms somewhat.
I'm living this curse and I don't know what to feel inside me now.
The filth, the black has almost swallowed me.
In a time, where the compulsions have start to feast.
I've been drowned by the sickness that's controlling me.
In a time where no-one seems care one bit.
I can't be, the only one.
That sees this, that feels the fumes from the motors.
Delusions starts to eat the world as we know
it. Can we ever change ourselves, the strange?
Strange.
We're hiding the knifes, scared of what we'll meet.

The singers clean vocals kinda reminds me of a younger James Hetfield at least in the song Redfog but it was not as clear in this song.

Holy balls!!! Let 'em know, please, that I LOVE their music. 2020 should be amazing for them. I recently discovered these guys about two weeks ago and have been listening continuously. I also turned my oldest brother to the band and he, too has been listening nonstop. We are both in awe at the talent and mastery in ALL of their music. There are very few bands I can listen to without skipping tracks, and OC is one of them. Immediately went into my Top 3 favorite bands. Just amazing. Getting goosebumps every time I talk about them.

They have this rare Gojira-style of heaviness in their sound where the bass and guitars combine together in a really chrushing way and there's still a nice melody to drive the the songs.

I'm just bingewatching all the Orbit Culture reactions here 😁. Damn how they put breaks in their songs, everytime they nail it and make it sound so epic. Apart from the musicianship from these guys, the production with almost cinematic sounds and music adds even more layers to their songs and make them sound epic.

They need to up the volume of the vocals in the mix. Often it feels a bit buried in it.

First time watching your content. I like your concept of father and son. Super effing cool. Good job fellas! Anyway I've subscribed and will continue to watch. Kick ass song by the way! Feels great to hear a new (not so new I guess) metal band with their own sound. If these guys don't blow up after COVID then the world isn't listening!

My personal favorite from this album is Way of the Masses, but that’s just me. I don’t usually have personal favorites from albums that I feel this strongly about, either, so that’s saying a lot coming from me. Fuck do love that one, and this album overall is just utter greatness, and I like that it’s short, but still 30 minutes of music. Long songs, five tracks, amazing ups and downs, nuff said. I like their work from this album, and their work after this much more because of the incorporation of the clean vocals. It’s like,”Ok, here’s two pretty damn good albums, and here’s three just absolutely mind-blowing albums!” I’m so excited for Nija!!!

Interesting song. May have to check out this group when I'm in the mood for this style. 8:30 And...debated sending you a PM, but since you're so open to mentioning your tummy problems on your vid, I figured you wouldn't mind me mentioning it here. Well, I hope you don't mind, lol. Delete this post if you wish. :) May I suggest adding a bit of garlic & ginger to your foods daily? Doesn't have to be fresh, can be powdered. I've read they both can help settle all sorts of stomach issues. Or, you could try a garlic ginger salt broth to start your day til the problem clears, but I'm warning you now, some people have intense reactions. My bro in-law complained about total anal chaos from the broth and got too scared to continue. But the anal chaos means it was just starting to work on his gastritis. And he ended up losing his gall bladder cuz he wasn't willing to listen to any dietary suggestions, even from his doctors. The broth can help with mild stomach bugs in general. Also, maybe drink a small cup of green tea with each meal. It's supposed to be good at preventing some food poisoning, though not saying that you have that. And, yes, you actually can mix green tea with your favorite drink of choice, like fruit juice. Err, good luck! Sucks when you can't enjoy food.

anyone know the meaning of the band name? if it is what it seems to be, then it's a terrible band name. Great song, felt like an older style from 20 years ago, but still new. I remember checking it out when you did the first one and liking it but never came back to it, and it's still good. Scar Symmetry - Holographic Universe
