INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
GRATE ORANGE ZEST
1 TSPN ORANGE ZEST
CUT ONE ORANGE
SQUEEZE THE JUICE
1 TBSP CORN FLOUR
¼ CUP WATER
MIX WELL
2 CUP WATER
½ CUP SUGAR
½ TSPN ORANGE COLOUR
COOK UNTIL BOIL
MIX CORNFLOUR MIXTURE
MIXTURE WILL BE LITTLE THICKER
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
¼ CUP ORANGE JUICE
ORANGE ZEST
½ TSPN ORANGE ESSENCE
MIX
STRAIN THE MIXTURE
COOL DOWN
POUR IN MOULD
COOL DOWN FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
COVER WITH FOIL PAPER
CUT MARK
PUT STICKS
YOU CAN ALSO USE A KULFI MOULD
DIP IN WATER FOR 10-15 SEC.
