Ingredients: 2 eggs (100gm) 120gm powder sugar 100gm butter (or oil) Orange juice ( 1 orange) 150gm plain yogurt(curd) 1tbsp Orange zest 400gm semolina (or corn meal) 100gm wheat flour (or plain flour 1tbsp baking powder ~~~~~~~~~~×××××~~~~~~~~~ 150gm powder sugar BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 170℃ FOR 20 MINUTES. ___________________________________
