Hi there, you mentioned that you are more than happy to answer any question so here goes. For a person who has had gum disease before where there have been receded gums and possibly bone loss, so the area above the upper lip and towards the nasolabial fold region seem more sunken, therefore the nasolabial folds seem more pronounced. Will this Oralift help in building up those areas again?

People have reported improvements in the areas you mention. Remember it is not Oralift that is doing the work but your own body. Oralift just triggers the adaptive process.

I'm getting a major gag reflex when I put it in. I'm afraid to go to the next step to heat it up because I have to take it out when that happens. I feel like my bottom teeth are too narrow for the device to fit. Should I scrunch it together?

@4:25 you talked about the 'long face' when the appliance is in the mouth. Wouldn't this on the long run cause the skin to be stretched out? As people age their skin becomes more lax and the philtrum column also becomes longer, so I wonder if this appliance will have a negative effect on this.

The long face is a temporary phase when the appliance is in the mouth. Many people with relaxed faces do not show this. A number of people with long faces have shown an improvement with higher cheeks and a more oval face when using Oralift. This is probably due to improvement in the skin and/or the deprogrammed muscles. The distance between the bottom of the nose and the top lip increases with age and this has been shown to decrease with the use of Oralift. We need to do more research to give more detailed information as to how much and in what proportion of users.

@@oraliftfacialrejuvenation3948 Have you seen an improvement in sunken eyes, undereye hollows, tear trough issues? I sense the bones under my eyes have receded and lowered as I have aged. I wonder whether it has a subtle or more dramatic capacity to improve this particular problem area? Thank you

@@MBT372 actually there is exercise for face that makes you do a 0 with your lips. Suppose to give higher cheekbones 🤷‍♀️ but idk. Im showing same as you. But my lips are in like kissie face when closed

I can't access the app because no access code was included with my kit. Is this video the best way to get started? I am not 100% certain which is the 3mm and which is the 5 mm device.

This is the worst user experience I've seen in years for a product. You should be kind to your customers and try to improve it.
