I orderd 2 for my kids the io 9 from oral b website and when i got them new out of the package today the screens where coverd in scratches 😢 so now im looking on youtube videos of the Brush to try see if all if the have scratches in the screen as far as i can see yours is beautiful with zero scratches right?

Check to see if the screen is covered with a thin plastic film. It may be the film that is scratched. Usually brushes and other electronic items (like watches) have the film on any shiny surface to protect the hard plastic from scratching during packaging/shipping. Just try to find the edge and peel it off. Let me know if this is what you find!

@@devhackmod Nope no protection film 😭 ..I just order also one for myself from other seller it will be delivered Tomorrow and then I will compere it with the 2 from the duo pack that I bought from oral b .. ..oral b has a terrible costumer service can not call them ,live chat is off and they did not answer in my account where you can ask questions.... You would think when you buy direct from oral b it would be better then other seller well no, I learned it the hard way never again. In the Netherlands whe have for everything and all website's an stores really great costumer service I can not believe oral b Dutch website seller is so bad 😞 I will let you know when the other one arrives and have compared them. Because the 2 that I have now also really weard if you just Touch them with a finger they go on it looks like they don't switch off ? don't you need to push the button to switch them on? Or is it normal that they just go on when you touch them? Like a small touch a little stroke I find that so weard ..when I look at reviews and other videos you see people when picking it up first Push the on/ off button..my English is not the best sorry for that 🙈

As fo r the case it should be chargeable via a usb cable according to oral b s webpage

Thanks, I'll have a look but it could be this is a professional use demo model it may not have it.

Is this any different than the one you buy from a retail shop like the one in a blue box any difference

Hi! Yes, this brush presented in the video is different from the one you can buy on retail shops. I bought an Oral B iO 9 Series and it has a travel case (quite nicer than the one in the video, with a better open/close mechanism) that can be used also as a charger, a separate charger for it (apart from the main charger with the magnetic base), a brush head storage plastic case with a rubberized bottom for two head brushes, but in the package there was only one brush head, which is ok as I planned to buy more of them anyway.

@@zeus3freedom besides all of the other stuff I really don't mind and care for is the machine itself the iOS 9 electric toothbrush itself is anything different from one another and speed and power and cleaning from the professional not for retail sale and the one you buy at a regular retail package purple box

Yes, it's different, thank you for the replies already to your question from other viewers! Since this was provided for "dental office demo" it doesn't include all the nice stuff that you get as a consumer level purchase.
