Hi! Thank you :-) Unsure if it’s safe to use with veneers. The pressure, even though the pressure sensor capabilities, can because of the oscillations be quite hard at times. I would probably check with a dentist what they recommend. Just to be on the safe side and not ruin anything :-) // Chris

I don't have a wall socket in my bathroom - does this mean I can't use the charging dock while brushing? I assume it only works when attached to the wall socket - and it's not some chargeable charging dock system.. THANK YOU !! :)

Hi! Great question! You are completely correct. The charger needs to be connected to a wall socket to work. You can of course use the app in the bathroom while brushing (and charge the toothbrush in another room). But that unfortunately counters the purpose of the fancy charging puck a little :-) Otherwise it´s a nice toothbrush. Specially if you can find it on sale ^_^ // Chris

Use the app on your iPhone/android

So this is a very annoying question. Does it vibrate? I bought a cheap one and the vibration sits on my nerves. I wish it would only spin, but I can see a small vibration in this one too?

Hi! Well, yes it does, a little. However not nearly as annoyingly as a 30 dollar tooth brush. It´s more of a very firm buzzing vibration, rather than a rattling one. // Chris

Why does the mini screen keep tearing?

Hi, good question! It has to do with the refresh rate of the screen and the FPS rate of the video not matching. It is not something that is visible when looking a the tooth brush normally :-) // Chris

Is it a lot faster than the old one rotations

Compared to for example the Series 9 there isn't that much differences at all, except for that the io10 has got the light indicators on the charging puck. If you don´t really care about that, go for the 9 instead of the 10 :-) // Chris

I look on them in a shop £500 this can cost ...it is ridiculous. I thought 100 for big deck thing is a lot...

Cost and non-USB C charger is a dealbreaker for me. Hard pass!
