I currently have the ows 16 watch and is by far one of the best budget friendly Smart watches out there.. My only problem with Oraimo is their Joy app. They have to be constantly uploading more watchfaces for us. Cant bare the fact that they put so much effort into making this great watch and dont put the same effort in making nicer and minimal watch faces for us..

I got the smart watch pro on jumia. It's yet to come. 24 modes. But I don't know if it's the same with this. Also the watch strap on oraimo. I wanted to get from jumia. Some say for OSW-16 while some not for OSW-16. I'm confused. Pls help

Oraimo should try and be upgrade dr joywear App. For some couple of months now they just left the App stoked on Playstore with bugs. They should try and make it better and we'll design. Av been trying to update the Joywear software several times but it only detect software update available but unable to update. This always pissed me off 😤

Please, charge it first. Just charge it with the cable. Perhaps, it came in dead from the factory. After 5mins, if the watch cannot power on or you can't see the charging bars on it.... please, take it to Oraimo care centre or Carl care at Oba Akran Ikeja for replacement. Bring along your receipt. Thank you

Is it power ON now?! When it is fully charged, you will see that the battery bars on the watch is no longer moving. Then, you can remove it...

Hello chief, I saw some reviews on the Joywear app on play store and it was quite discouraging, yes the watch is good but how efficient is it with the app having bugs. Does it affect the performance of the watch with bugs on the Joywear app ??.

Not really. I have been using the JoyWear 2 app and I constantly update it when an update is available. Few times, there can be issues but it get rectified. So, it is still okay if you ask me. It does not affect the performance of the watch. Just keep updating it... Thanks, Boss.
