The sleep tracking works automatically at night. All you have to do is to always wear it to bed. It must be on your wrist. Don't make it too tight or too lose. And in the morning, you will see the tracking details. And if you want to see how well you sleep in details, check your oraimo Health app . Thank you.

I am yet to experience that. I hope you didn't drop the watch. Please, restore the watch to Factory settings and see if that helps. Update app when connected to watch. Try check the settings on the Oraimo Health App. Try these two steps and let's see if it help. If not, let me know. 😁

@@BracketReviews Charged the watch fully and it's amazing but i have some issues or is it how the watch is? 1. Whatsapp notifiers vibrate at every message i send and also shows what i send. I would have preferred if it does that only for incoming messages but its still cool 2. When making a call and i switch to the watch it goes back to phone, i can only select speaker or phone but using the watch to talk worked only once yesterday. 3. The watch hasn't made any sound so far neither have i been able to play music from it. I can only control it 4. Is there anyway to access the main list menu without having to touch the button always by the side to activate it? 5. First 4 watch dials are by default. Would have loved it i could select my own 5 dials instead of just one. 6. Do u recommend i use this to bathe or wash clothes? I may be going to camp soon and i doubt i would wanna pull the watch For the three weeks i would be there to avoid me sharing ny own bitter experience like u had with the watch 2 plus Aside these i think i dont have any more challenge, thanks as u respond. Here are the responses to your questions... I assume the watch you bought is the Oraimo Watch 2 PRO. 1. That's the way it is configured. You can either use the DND mode to stop the vibrations altogether. Or NO vibration feature. 2. For Bluetooth Call to work, you need to have your watch connected to your phone all the time via Bluetooth. And also, switch on the phone call function on the smart watch. 3. It works only on watch 2 Pro. In the oraimo watch 2 Plus, the watch play sounds from video and audio via its speakers. You can toggle off this function from the bt settings of the watch on your phone if you are using the Watch 2 PLUS. 4. Use the 'Raise to Wake' function. But you still need to press the home button to access the main menu list. 😃 5. Not allowed. Just one as your own dial. You can change it as much as you like. 6. Don't bath or wash clothes with your watch. The IP rating doesn't cover that. Best is to remove it from your wrist. If all of a sudden, it starts raining and you are still outside, the watch will survive that. Water splashes or mistakenly dropping into small bad water like gutter, it will survive. Anything like swimming or diving or bathing with soap or washing hands with soap, or salt water will all kill this watch in no time. So, know all these to avoid story that touches the heart. I called and messaged them via WhatsApp and got blocked for complaining how I couldn’t use the warranty to get a replacement. The warranty as I speak to you will expire in September and that includes their FreePods 2 which one ear suddenly stopped working. That is very bad of them. If you can help, I’ll be grateful 🙏🏾

Name of the watch that stopped working. And the Freepods 2 need reset. Once you do the reset, it will start working. My Freepods 2 is still working till date.
