Once your oraimo smartwatch is connected successfully to your smartphone, the time will automatically adjust to the time on your smartphone. Download the oraimo Health app on your Google playstore or apple app store and install. Then, connect it up and that's it.

Please is there a reason why the female health sometimes just disappear from the watch and sometimes all the daily activity will just erase

I noticed when I walk around the step counter doesn't count each step.

My only issue with this watch is the contacts issue... syncing all contacts should've been basic tbh. Also, are there going to be straps to buy, in different colors???

Yes, ma. Please note that it is going to give you a range NOT exact. From my testing, the range is same with clinical equipment most of the times. However, it is not a substitute for BP machines. Thank you, ma.

I just got my watch today. I've toggled on WhatsApp notification on the app but I still don't get the notifications. I receive notifications from other applications on the watch but not WhatsApp.

Good morning sir. Maybe the right earbud is out of power. Please, try cleaning the earbud and the case charge hole with methylated spirit and cotton buds. Then, Try charging it up and see if it works.

Frist unbind you watch in the app. Then, reset or restore to factory setting. Reboot your phone too and start the connection procedure afresh.

Not possible. You can only track it when you misplace it in a place like your room or under the bed or in your sofa. Not GPS tracking. So sorry about your stolen watch.

Oraimo rolled out an update for oraimo health yesterday. That should fix the issue. One more thing... you have to be within the phone connectitivity range of 10 metre. Hope you know that? If problem persists, please unpair watch from app. Delete or unpair from Phone Bluetooth. Delete app and reinstall. Then, start the connection process all over. It will work seamlessly without issue.
