Hi Ali. Thank you for the comment and I am glad you bought the watch after watching my videos. As we speak, no oraimo watch with the Always On Display feature - AOD. On my oraimo watch 2 pro, I get all social media notifications I toggled on. And if you move out of the phone range (10 metres) when your phone get a message, your oraimo watch will miss the notification. I don't know if you understand that. If you have any issue at all, please explain and I will try my best to tell you what you can do to it. Thank you once again. At your service, sir.

And as a customer, I have to give this company a chance and support it, because sometimes it offers great products compared to the huge companies. And the success of these companies depends on the credibility of the person who advertises them. " And you are a respectable person and speak high honesty" on the other hand the success of this company depends also on the the quality of the product you provide. to be honest how can I call this watch a "smart watch " and at least she is not supporting the notifications in a proper way , and how if I moved away from my phone I will lose the connectivity ? maybe they need to do a good update as soon as possible , before me and many customers start to change our minds about this product and brand . You can't. You will get a notification about the call but you can't use it to pick up your call.

Okay... On your iPhone... Go to your settings Select "Notification" Select "show previews" and toggle it to Always. Scroll down same list and locate whatsapp or the app you want notifications from. Then, make sure the "Allow Notifications " is toggle ON. On the same list, Also make sure the "show previews" is set to Always. Lastly, open your oraimohealth app and go to the phone notification settings and toggle on whatsapp. And it will work... if you dont get it, video coming up tomorrow. Thanks....

Make sure the watch 2 plus is connected to phone. Select camera on watch to launch camera on phone. Tap on the camera icon to take shots.

Make sure your oraimo health app is running in the background. Then, check the phone notification settings in your oraimo and confirm it is still toggle on.

Ive fixed it . It was because my show preview was on "never". For ios users Select the app at settings Select notification Scroll down to lock screen appearance and choose "show preview" Then select when unlocked or always. I think a review should be done on that to help ios users

Working on it. Try these... Go settings > Notifications > Apps > select your whatsapp business> select always options.... and see if it is working now...
