Hello sir Thank you for your good works! I have an issue with my oraimo watch 2 pro, it’s not increasing when charging, it first started with not charging pass 85% and now it’s does not charge pass 17%. It too 1-2 hours to get from 14% - 17%. Please help, I got it last month and I haven’t exposed it to water at all.

Press hold the knob or crown for 10 secs and it will force it to restart. If it is not working still, take it to Carl care office near you.

Restore watch to factory reset and restart your iPhone. Then, reconnect it and toggle on notifications for WhatsApp and IG messages in the Oraimo health app.

Hello, please I have an issue with my Oraimo watch 2 pro. I was able to connect it properly the first day I unboxed it and even the BT call functions all worked as should. I honestly don't know what I did wrong in the setting but presently the watch is not functioning on the BT call aspect, I don't even see the second BT connection in my phone's BT settings or paired list. I have tried factory resetting and deleting unpairing the watch from the phone and when I connect back I can only see one watch connection. I know the normal procedure to connect it and get it to work but mine isn't just working as it should anymore. Asides this, every other thing is working perfectly. Please what can I do or how can I resolve this???

Please, restore watch to factory reset. Uninstall and reinstall oraimo health app. And also reboot your smartphone too. Then, try connecting and see if all feature works.

Got mine 2months back (oriamo joy2wear and was set but it just scattered today, I don't know what I touched. The screen isn't showing my heart beat, My steps, even my time and date isn't showing, plus my calls aren't coming in.

You can download other watch faces outside the app and use them as customized watch faces on the watch. I hope you understand. You will still need the Oraimo Health app to customize it.

The first thing to do is to restore the watch to factory reset. Then, go to your phone and unbind the watch in the Bluetooth settings. Now, restart your phone. The last thing to do is to connect again. If that doesn't work. Try adding "uninstall and reinstall the app" too. Let me know if it works.

Mine after resetting. The screen is not changing from "Hello, nice to meet you.

Probably, it is too tight or loose on your wrist. Let it be snug. That's in between tight and loose so the heart sensor can do its job. Now, restore it to factory reset. If it is still not working, take it ti to Carl Care.

Oraimo are really trying but not well satisfied to customers, oraimo should try and improve on dr watch Ram and have a better face clock design, and one more thing, Oraimo should add a future of screen lock to their watch,its very important

None of this is working for my smart watch , before I make use of the joywear 2 , now it ain’t connecting, not even displaying on the Bluetooth devices
