Hi... My oraimo smartwatch continues to initiate into watch face selection on its own. Even after I’ve done a reset through the joywear app and using the reset on the watch. One the clock face lights up, in abt 3 secs it will initiate into watch face selection mode. What can be done as this is very unappealing?

I haven't experience such issue. I think the issue is from the touch screen. Take it to Carl care, they can get it fix for you there.

Hi, my kid brother logged into my watch 2 pro before delivering it to me. He did factory reset but unfortunately, I cannot set up the watch. I keep getting invalid username and password. Any help?

You have to unbind the watch from your brother's phone. And sync it up with yours.

Do this.... Tell your brother to go to his phone Bluetooth settings and forget or unpair the oraimo watch 2 pro Bluetooth. After that, tell him to switch off his Bluetooth. Then, do factory reset or follow the step below. On your oraimo watch 2 pro Swipe down Select the gear icon. Scroll down to system and select the option system. Select Factory reset. Now, start the connection Proper.and it will work. Make sure you switch on the Bluetooth, Data and GPS of your phone or phone you want to connect it to. And it will connect. Still here to answer your questions.
