so simple, Thnaks. doubt: 1)execution of DBMS.STATS, it is executed on 12c software/ or 19c software? 2) what if you would have upgrade the db on separate machine/server, then would it require to run DBMS.STAT package

Oracle 19c is not supported on OL9. Use OL7.
