What is meant by a session?

Good morning madam my son is suffering from erbs palsy, but lot of improvement are happening, now he is 3and1/2year old please give some openion. We are planning to take him to your sgs hospital in may 1st week.

My son suffers from paralysis. He is 3 months old. He cannot move his hand at all.. Now he can raise his hand and place it on his stomach and bend the elbow a little. Does this indicate a gradual improvement? Please reply??

Hi, my daughter right hand can't lift past 120⁰ when sitted but can she when laying down. What is limiting her not to lift overhead when standing like the baby in the video?
