Interrogation is welcome or should be. The presumption is that the interrogation is to improve or to stop any ‘rot’. Intent of any interrogation is difficult to establish with all the vested interests. Mr Pai’s outburst shows how irrational one can be. His reasoning is so stupid that one should stop listening to him. Instead of understanding what the petition says and why someone has to reach supreme court is beyond his comprehension.

Why is Mohandas Pai on so many barkhas panels, what insights or expertise does he bring to the panel except his strong bias??

It was yet another chance for SC prove its integrity to the Constitution of India and Republic of India and to protect the rights of the people of India. Instead it chose to trust the BJP appointed ECI

@@user-fw2wn4ib3d No. SC needs to respect peoples views and give judgment based on law. If people approach SC, it must clear the doubts. In ECI case, SC should have asked ECI to held press conference and explain the reasons for delay and huge difference in final percentages. If ECI remains adamant, people are not going to blindly accept the excuses of ECI.

@@prohind agree . SC needs to give judgement based on Law (not based on my or your views) . SC was not convinced for any foul play and unsure about having additional work for ECI . Petitioner needs to come up with strong evidence rather than simply acting as crying babies .

This CEC is working in isolation from people. He is least bothered about his responsibilities to the people but he is very prompt when it comes to please Mo D.
