Iskusstviennyj means fake, artificial. A Question: with Interpretation, can means too "irreal, false, illusory / illusive"? For Exemple: "iskusstviennaya Mira" can means "irreal / illusory World"? Or is wrong?

The term "искусственный" primarily means "artificial" in Russian, and while it can suggest man-made or non-natural, it doesn't directly convey the idea of something being "irreal" or "illusory." To express an illusory world, you might use the term "иллюзорный."
