The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything save our modes of thinking and we thus drift toward unparalleled catastrophe. Albert Einstein
The composer used just a two-note phrase to convey such deep meaning within this piece. With the crescendo at 1:20, the towering note we hear fills out with a full, uplifting chord on the next beat symbolizing the promise nuclear fission holds for the future. We then instantly hear two more notes that settle into a more minor-sounding, ominous tone, representing the real threat of that same nuclear power brought to the world through the Manhattan Project. Brilliant.
This music to me gave Superman vibes at the start. Like you'd hear this kind of triumphant motif in another story. But the further it goes, the more ominous is becomes. Until it sounds more like the unstoppable monster that Oppenheimer really caused by opening this Pandora's Box

Here’s the SLOWED + REVERB version. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ipuBpNKlcazSY8Y.html
Creation is an act of pure will. Destruction is an act of pure resolve. On their own they are flawlessly powerful. There is no other force in existence than these two who are very much like siblings. One asks is it possible to bring harmony to both. On person can master one or the other in other in there lifetime. But what if one can master both? If one is a Destroyer of Worlds can one be a Creator of Worlds? If one is a Bringer of Peace can they be also a Bringer of War? The answer is yes overall but it depends on the person who has this power. Life and Death are in the power of the tongue and hands which prove its importance as a tool and weapon. You may regret your actions or be proud of them - but they and its responsibity were yours and yours alone.
