It’s so great to see someone else really enjoy this band as much as I do. Enjoy the journey. They aren’t for everyone, but to those of us who “get it”, they’re hard to beat. Mikael is a frickin genius.

Hello guys.. first of all excuse my English. I really enjoy your reactions to Opeth masterpieces. Opeth is hard to “digest” but if you can manage, it is a whole different dimension of all the music all around the world. To tell you the truth; you will not find a better masterpiece than “Harlequin Forest” but, Opeth is to be discovered in all their albums seperately. So, I will not tell you to do a reaction on this song or that song... go with everything!!! Every album, and every track are seperate masterpieces. Rock on...

Another awsome reaction to Opeth from you, dear fellows! It's amazing to see you focus on the music so hard but can't hold yourself to express your feelings about it. I love it! You should see the live video from The royal Albert hall (UK) when they play Harlequin Forest, it's amazing tight and well played. Keep on rockers!

Of all the amazing songs Opeth has, Harlequin Forest is my #1. If I HAD to pick one song, this would be it. All Things Will Pass is a close 2nd.

Some people think metal heads are hard on the inside, but it's all mushy and feely. Hence the love for expressive music.

I've been a fan of Opeth since '02 when I was just discovering Metal with their Deliverance Album, your reactions reminded me of that first time I listened to them, a lot of people complain about their new sound, however, I feel I have grown into music just like they did, I always love to see peoples reaction to being introduced to them, you have a LOT of material to go through, you are going to love it

Mikael was magical for many many years.. it is sad that he can not really produce those vocal tracks the same live anymore.. I put him in my top 10 of Male Vocalist, and top 3 in his genre. Layne from Alice In Chains, Bjorn from Soilwork I can listen too all day long. I slept on a band called Fire From the Gods. The lead singer has mad skills.

He still sounds pretty good live. Yeah, not the same voice, but cmon... he's getting old. And he's been doing it for more than 25 years.
