Operator & Chair Positions

In this video I will be discussing about various "Operator & Chair Positions" including the "Working Distance".
In operative positions (cavity preparations, tooth preparations etc) chair angulation is supine for maxillary arch and semi supine for mandibular arch.
In exodontia its 45-60 degrees for maxillary arch and 0 to 10 degrees for mandibular arch 👍🏻

Any dental entrance is based on information given in standard literature. Following MCQ based guides will only mislead you. Always rely on information provided in standard literature if you wish to maintain standards in your way of preparation. I understand that guides are an easy go. But easy doesn't mean correct, easy doesn't mean accurate and easy always means taking things for granted. Hope its clear and wish you all the best. By the way one can't accurately measure the angulation in order to seat the patient. It's 45 to 60 degrees.

Practice is the only tip I would suggest through this platform. Also use finger rests for retraction of soft tissues and from preventing them obscuring the vision. Best wishes Ahmed.

Hi Chopper, previously it was thought to be the brain which determines whether one is left / right handed. But new research indicates that it's the spinal cord. Check out the following information & reference article. Best wishes & love.
