I was there in USS Wyandot ka 92 in 58/59 and USS Glacier agb 4 in 1959 / 60.
That's the big ice breaker for the time USS glacier agb 4. I served in her 58/59 enjoyed it good duty.
My father, Johnnie M. Kelly, was one of the cameramen for this operation. It would be wonderful to know which scenes he shot. Thank you for posting this.
