"Somewhere" is from "West Side Story." The song from the "Wizard of Oz" I believe you're thinking of is "Somewhere Over The Rainbow," another song Streisand sings to perfection.

David Foster wrote the arrangement and was the producer of this "recording of "Somewhere" for Barbra. And he was also the man who produced my now favorite female vocal artist's FIRST PBS Great Performances Special. So I was thrilled to learn that he had got Barbra to agree to do a "duet" of "Somewhere" for that PBS Special. Barbra pick this video recording to be used for her part of the "duet". That was back in 2011, the PBS Special was filmed during four days, starting only four days after the 11th Birthday of the vocal artist the "duet" was with, her name is Jackie Evancho.
