Live yeast 20 or (2 tsp. 7 g dry yeast)
2 eggs
vegetable oil 100 gr.
flour 1 kg

2 apples (cut into small cubes)
sugar 2 tbsp.
mix cinnamon 1 tbsp.

halva 1 pc.
Walnuts of your choice (in addition to this filling, you can add other fillings of your choice)

We prepare two types of pies from one dough.
The dough can be used for both sweet and non-sweet fillings.
1- for pies, bagels, buns, rastegaev, ragalika, baskets, shortbread, etc.
1. Mix all the ingredients and knead to medium softness. We will be careful. Divide the dough into 100 grams and 70 grams. We roll out 100 g of dough, put halva, walnuts in it, lay eggs on the surface, sprinkle with sesame seeds,
We make patterns from 70 g of dough. Cover it and place it in the center of the form. Separate 200 g of dough, flatten it lengthwise, put halva and walnuts in the middle and glue it. Roll out the second 200 g of dough lengthwise and fold. We spread it on the surface of our 1st test, wrap it around the edge of the test in the center and leave it open. You can customize the face as you wish.
Let it rise for 30 minutes. Then we put an egg on the surface and fry it at a temperature of 180* degrees. Form 28 cm.
2. Divide the dough into 1 smaller and 1 larger piece. Roll out the smaller dough, put it in a mold, put our apple filling in the middle, spread the larger dough on the surface. You can format it as mine or your own.
Let it rise for 30 minutes, brush the surface with egg and bake at 180*.
Form 26 cm.
You can cook anything you want from the remaining dough.
