The first episode was incredible. The way they used all types of colors to represent blood and the way the switched from the black and white to full on color was impeccable. I'm so excited to see where this story goes.

The power system revolves around singing and they actually sing the whole way through every action scene with their mouths animated half-decently (most of the time it's 2 frames for open and closed mouth but it's anime so you should expect that already). Also it's magical girls so it might not be your cup of tea so you have to check it out yourself to see if you'll like it

I was so worried that other characters would dilute the concept and art direction of the show, but after reading the first 25ish chapters all I can say is GIMME MY KENCHO HIMBO ENERGY NOW

This anime protagonist isnt far off from how some people would actually reactvif society falls apart, i had a friend who was extremely excited about the covid lockdowns, he said he was happy for numerous reasons lol.

I don't get how this opening can be both messy and clean at the same time, but I love it lol

For those that's worried that they reused some scenes for ep 1, it's either theyre gonna add more scenes later on (to avoid spoilers) or even if they did not that would mean they put more effort into the scenes from the actual ep

I need to watch this show dude. Not only does it give you a completely alternate perspective on the entire concept of a zombie apocalypse, but the colors and music and style is incredible!
