Grailgame has shipped me 4 wrong funkos in a row and the CEO emailed me but my best pull was Bank Robber Joker. I also pulled Captain Hook, but what they shipped me doesn't match what they advertised. It was supposed to be the Disney Store one, they sent me the disney box one.

Not gonna lie, not a fan. And the fact you pay shipping isnt great either nor do you get to see condition. Nor are they removing what got hit and didnt.

This is actually a smart idea for this company

I am in two minds about this concept. I do like the excitement and instantaneous results you get - and the instant swap/trade credit idea is great. But I feel like this type of "digital mystery box gambling" could easily get out of hand. When purchasing physical boxes (which is still gambling, i know) but it gives people time to breathe between purchases while waiting for boxes to arrive. Online purchases like these could see a credit card rack up in debt in no time, I can see it now = "Just a few more coins". I hope this isn't accessible for children/young teens, I hope you have to be over 18 to purchase. I also don't see any 'purchase/gamble responsibly' messaging on their website - just the fact they state 'no gambling' but in reality, it IS gambling = putting up money to win more value? Not sure why they think it's not gambling?! Anyways, I know we're all adults, but gambling is a real addiction, that can be devastating. I just hope people make sensible decisions when purchasing on there, that's all... "Play sensible" peoples ✌🏻

I usually love your content and enthusiasm. But this is basically a gambling website that doesn’t even let the users know what’s been won so all the top hits might already be gone by the time the person opens. Kind of a bait and switch. Also you have to pay for shipping AND they don’t even ship to Canada which is funny that they would ask you to do a video. So if they are shipping to you it’s either they are doing it on a special bases or it’s just in a “test” or “example” mode because signing up you would’ve needed to use a conus address. Either way the idea is great but it still is selling the idea of gambling to potentially young adults or even kids and the website doesn’t provide full transparency on what really is available to win at the time of purchase.

100% agreed, don’t get me started on the probability to even pull a grail, little do we know they could have it set EXTREMELY low to actually get something and we have no idea.

The site is a scam. I just bought out the last 20 boxes of the Evend game and got no hits over a 550 coin pop. The final box gave me an error message which I screenshotted…and I got NOTHING but charged for opening the box. Explain that! I literally did this because of this video. I had a $300 experience prior that ended in a piece worth a whopping 1,125 coins. Terrible, spend your money on the real companies folks. I’m shocked that this is related to my favorite mystery box company. What just happened is unfathomable!
