I got hacked and lost my falchion emerald and then valve decided not only to tell me to stop reporting it or i'll be ignored, but they also let the hacker keep it :)

It's funny cus the 7 day untradable effect is quite literally there to prevent this kinda stuff, as is the pending funds. So either valve has to get rid of those since they're useless, or start working on giving ppl their shit back
