Your JLY #11 is just darling. So crazy how everyone is coveting these AGGOT, JLY and TM dolls now. They used to be the least expensive but now there is real competition. Congratulations on your new dolls!

Sometimes owners send their Pleasant Company dolls to the doll hospital for a new torso and limbs "full body" so that their dolls can fit the current American Girl doll clothing and shoes.

18 does have a PC body! No body tag. If she was Mattel, there would be a body tag. She is likely transitional as dolls in the red jumper are transitional anyway. Mattel bought the company in 1998, when that jumper debuted. Her strings could’ve been changed out…if her limbs are harder, then she may have had them changed out, too. She’s adorable!

Hi, Chris. I'm entering your giveaway. Back in the past, I gave those dolls names. #24's name is Brianna Tomkins. Other names included Shawnee, Maria, Amber, Sarah, Ashley, Veronica, Lisa, Olivia, Carolina, Renee etc. I have #33 and her name is Kimberly and she's the only American Girl 18 inch doll I have. The other American girl dolls I have are minis including Luciana, Sage, Isabelle, Grace, Lea, Samantha, Kit, Kaya, Julie, Cecile and Marie Grace. I have other 18 inch dolls including a My Life As, Our Generation, Today's Girl and Springfield Boutique. The 18 inch dolls I'm still looking for are Journey Girls and Ruby Red Fashion Friends. (if you could call them 18 inch dolls) Anyway, I hope you liked my comment. I can't wait for Kimberly to have a friend. P.S. Back at my old church, I placed a bet on a blond haired American girl, and sadly, I never got her, but I was glad to finally have an American Girl doll of my own.

Hi Chris, I’m entering your giveaway, miss 24 is so adorable!. I’m very much impressed with your collection and the great condition of your dolls, congratulations on these wonderful findings. I don’t think I can chose just one favorite from your collection, but number 50 stood out to me, I never considered her before and she is absolutely stunning, I hope to have her one day, hardly actually, but miracles happen. Oh, and 18 is STUNNING as well, so is 11 !! Addy mold is one of my three favorites (I refuse to choose one) and I do love middle hair parting. I wish AG had more dolls whose hair parts in the middle, as well as in CYO line, but this is a topic for another conversation. Love your content as well (:

I remember when 24 first came out, and my childhood friend Jordan and I would spend hours on the phone looking at our catalogs and talking about AG. She got a 1st edition 24 for xmas that year, so 24 has always made me think of her. Though we’ve since lost touch, I can’t think of a better namesake 💕
