Haha....it's 19 degrees celsius here in tropical Darwin - coming up to 1.00AM!! Daytime is around 32 degrees.....and no rain as it's the dry season.

We are so hot here in Long Beach CA. It's Summer time. Got to install the air con mashine. Electric bills up again.

I’m just eating my healthy breakfast . In my breakfast I put a lot of blueberries, banana 🍌 walnuts, sunflowers 🌻, pecans and non dairy yogurt vanilla flavor. This is what I have for 5 days every working days. Lucy and my husband are are Cookie Monster. I have to hide my cookie 🍪 from him when I buy. Over a week ago we had 108 degrees weather here and we pretty much roasted and sweating 😓 those few of heat wave. We heard is only happened every a thousand years that’s why not very many houses here has ac. Very nice the new Coffee ☕️ place. 👍
