God I wish they had smellovision. This would be an IDEAL piece of content to watch/smell. The smell of those cards, and the sight of the art and holographic foils… I’m not even be for ASMR. But that IS therapy right there, no question.

Just found my old base set and jungle/fossil holos I luckily saved from childhood. Got me looking at vintage pack openings and I despise nearly every single person who opens and screams and yells, glad I found your videos and you deserve wayyyy more views. Keep up the vintage rips these babies deserve to be opened!

I just started collecting again and I have to say it is so enjoyable to open packs again. The giddiness of it all, and the feeling of getting holos and rares. Even though packs nowadays with the current sets that are out are always giving you holos it seems, still cool to see lol multiple giddy moments in each pack opened i guess lol.

People are tired of seeing the same old cards it's way too common nowadays to see box breaks. Honestly boxes like these are just a piece of history now and it feels like a crime to crack them open you're just better off buying the singles and preserve these pieces of history for display.

Back in 2013 I purchased this 1st edition jungle booster box on ebay for $417 bucks . I should have kept it sealed 😅

I think it would be interesting if you played guess if it had a holo, and weighed it, but didn't read what the weight was until after we saw what was in it!

I don't think these boxes are random. I think you can look up a list online and it will tell you what's inside every pack.

Nah, I bought these cards towards the highs of the market. If anything they are equal or only down from when they were bought.

On the sides of the card it’s shiny like the holo foil. Like little specks of glitter peering through. Which is bad, any holo bleed through that’s not on the holo is obviously not good.

Can buy the boxes lots of different places that are more trusted then an eBay for example. Places like Heritage, Golden and PWCC auction houses. This Jungle box came from Heritage.

Just started watching these today and it's very enjoyable. I am just curious, if you spend 11k on the box, and then PSA charges 250 a card? So anything under 250 is a loss I'd imagine, and really you'd have to get rare holograms to make sure you dont lose money? I dont need specifics, but Im just curious

The energy cards were in the original Base Set series. Jungle and Fossil are the two series that followed Base Set.
