وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاءَ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَاطِلًا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنَ النَّارِ (27) أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ كَالْمُفْسِدِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ الْمُتَّقِينَ كَالْفُجَّارِ (28) كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ (29)
Read Quran and try to understand the Ayat from the context and the way the Ayat are linked to each other..

From my personal experience i advice you to do lots of istighfar , it cleanses all the rijss done by the shayateen especially in the holy month of Ramadan the month of great Cleansing, insha Allah we are going to upload a video on how to do it concretely an Istighfar session derived from the holy Quran that you can apply and listen to it daily..

@@NoorHealing I want to pure myself I want to spend my life according to islamic teachings according to Allah's command.I want to love and comfort my family and all Muslims and all human beings according to teachings of messenger pbuh plz pray for me pray collectively it is accepted soon.I am much afraid I can harm myself.

@Noor healing please also upload video or describe us the ayahs of quran or Allah Rahman's names to recite to get a soft and kind heart I feel my heart is getting more n more harder since long also do pray for me Jazakallah.
