Thought it was funny too, while the rest of my family was baffled. I thought it was more funny for nonsense’s sake, and the fact that Bdubs just went for it despite how stupid it was made the whole thing amazing. I need to see this kind of boldness from all of them (after watching Grian’s video, and the amount of shame he had towards his impromptu puppet show… it was amazing and he ought to accept that the strange, weird, and wacky is why we watch the streams). Stupid bold actions, especially jokes, are too funny, especially when the awkward silences last.

BDubs is surely in the running for this season’s richest hermit!!! You are selling all the things!! I think you should highlight that your shops are organic...farm to table/barrel. Anyone can dig up terracotta, but you offer the full experience...that’s something special. In all seriousness, this shop reminds me of shops you can find in Lancaster County, PA...where it’s a homey feel with food, drink and art/furniture/etc. You have an opportunity to see, taste, etc all of these treasures and take in the process of the creation. You’ve done a great job of making the interior as welcoming as the exterior. Well done. Lastly, I scolded your modchild, blue, for meme screaming at you on the twitters. honestly the most impressive thing to me is BDubs extending Jevin's crater under the bridge. taking another players build that seems out of place and instead of just leaving it separate like most would, he took the time to add just enough to blend it in and make it seem more dynamic with the environment and fit in better. idk normally people ignore the clashing aesthetic of the build next to them, but he accepted it and made it seem like their builds belong next to eachother

Hey Bdubz, loving the content as usual. Quick suggestion for the shop. As you likely know, you can make a lava generator that works just like your clay dryer. Put a lava source block over a drip stone block with a pointed drip stone under. This assembly will drip lava that can be collected in a cauldron and then a bucket. This would fit in nicely and give you endless fuel for the furnaces in there. Cheers

For dirt --> coarse dirt --> dirt (which is amazing for skyblock but less so for the regular game) I find it faster to make a huge tower of coarse dirt and then use a shovel with left and right click held down. Right click activates first, turning it into a path block, then when you dig it up you get dirt, and one tool does the job.

I'm not even a minute in to this video and yo already have me in stiches. Watching impulse, tango and scar and the others just dump diamonds into this shop this morning had me amazed. All the hermits who visited this shop this week was amazing. I can't believe it. You haven't even gotten to open mic and have me cracking up. I loved watching you die in impulses video after he cleaned you out.

Where the frosted glass is in your shop, you should put little blocks/ player heads of terracotta, mud and packed mud. That way it’ll look like they’re on display, just like food at coffee shops! 😀

What I think is super interesting is how Bdubs shades things, like the mud spraypaint. What is interesting to me isn't the shading itself, but how it wouldn't have mattered whatsoever if people couldn't fly. Because players fly into town now, however, each block is small and functions almost like a pixel and suddenly it becomes useful to shade like that.

Ehhhh, see, the coarse dirt thing, I honestly share your feelings. Gravel's entirely non-renewable. Moss and podzol can both replace coarse dirt as well, which I really don't like. It's a good block but it's so easily lost. I didn't even know about the shovel thing so that just makes it worse.

for the mud maker... can you use a sculk sensor to sense the break of the shovel so you get one replaced? because they might have different signal strength. if that is a thing dont forget the OFF switch

Bdubs! You can convert moss blocks into podzol by growing spruce trees next to them. Free dirt once you hoe it!

The coffee shop for mud is such a fun concept and the design aesthetic is of course amazing. The open mic night was awesome, and it highlights one of my favourite parts of this season - how the hermits gather in these informal (or organized) visits to create some really wonderful content. Thanks bdubs!

You can make a fully automatic dirt/oak wood farm using moss blocks/azalea bushes. It's not terribly fast for dirt, but as it can run unattended you can just set it up underneath your shop and - with some luck - it'll keep you stocked with dirt for the shop. Should get a lot of oak wood on the side as well.
