Scar has the same approach to dirty jokes as kid’s cartoons: toss in a few jokes for the adults that’ll go right over the kids’ heads.

Ren and Scar are the ones that always do the inappropriate jokes. While Scar does subtle and probably unintentional inappropriate jokes, Ren just intentionally says it without any subtlety

My recommendation: s9 e1, especially the part where they (Cleo, Pearl, Impulse, Gem) were going through caves. cleo left a lot of the stuff in that everyone else cut out... It's a joy to watch.
