Two possible reasons. Artur’s focus is on fatherhood and privacy after the very public Instagram Karla had that was removed. Or buyers and sellers are going private and no longer want the publicity surrounding the villas they own or buy. This channel is about expanding the public relations of the company rather than attracting an audience who are window shopping. It’s achieved that aim. Also, haven’t you noticed that the channels own comments now reflect that its social media platform has been subcontracted, or dare I say it, sold off.
Isn't that the same villa you had up for sale two years ago?

Must be. Who is going to buy a villa in a country where there wont be water supply anymore in a few years?

It is. A one level villa with a basement. It’s so distinctive you can’t hide the fact it’s been on the market for some time. Drumelia really messed up on another recent promotion of the five best villas for sale when one had the former price on the excerpt from the original tour and the new price appeared on the compilation, showing a drop of nearly two million euros. Given the language profile of Drumelia I think their Russian buyers have frozen assets or are trying to liquidate without any Russian buyers to snap up their villas.

@@brynleytalbot778 - Yeah. I think Russian buyers are favouring Dubai, at present. I've lived in Dubai and 'done that'. I'm over it, to be honest. Tax free is great...but then there's life and society/social circle. 'Shallow' hardly covers it!
