Hi there...great video. Brought me up to speed very quickly as a new associate. One recommendation , I would suggest going into mouse properties and enlarge the size of the curser. so much easier to follow the demonstrater around the screen as one views the information. Otherwise, well done!! Dr D

In the lower right corner of the KZread video you will see a gear. Try changing your setting quality.
