Hi, is there a way to add codes all at once instead of entering each code manually? For example: D9230, D9248, D9222 I want them at $0.00 but I have to enter each code manually for each plan & we have so many dental plans it’s time consuming to enter each code one by one & we have about 20 - 30 we zero out

ORYX DENTAL SOFTWARE This is the worst software ever. They will tell you everything you want to heard. You think you are buying a diamond what you are really getting is a chuck of coal. They out source to foreign country's like Beirut. The customer service is atrocious they claim to be the best, I get better customer service from my cable provider and we all know what at pain in the butt that is. It takes them hours to call back about issues and 9 times out of 10 they don't fix the issue they give you a work around and create more work for you. We requested a data export 2 weeks ago, I have followed up several times to be told every time you will get it tomorrow for sure, and it never arrives. This export is sources out to Beirut. You would think paying $800 USD a month you would get better customer care. But NO. I CAUTION AGAIN DO NOT SWITCH IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!
This would be so helpful if the search results would show all matching blockout times available instead of only the first one for each day. We'd really like to use that feature, but it's just not helpful for us the way it's currently set up.

The problem is insurances do not pay the percentages accurately because out of network they do not know the ofc fees they are saying they will pay 80 % of, etc. So this will be inaccurate.

Hey -- When you're calling to verify the insurance, you can ask if your fees are "within" the UCR fees. Ask, "My fee for code D0150 is $150, is it within your fees?" And they'll say yes or no, which will give you an idea about how you'll get reimbursed. If you set up your UCR fees according to the NDAS report, you'll have better luck, especially if you keep them in the 70% to 80% range. I hope this helps!

If you are adding a filling to tx plan using the far left surface buttons which will appear just under the "enter treatment" tab, how do you actually plan them? When I click on the surfaces they appear in the box but I don't know what to click to add them to treatment plan? If I select surfaces and then use the quick code for a 3 surface composite for example, the treatment box still pops up and I have to manually select the surfaces there again anyway.
