My mother had a clothes horse to dry clothes and I remember the corner shop as I am 78 years old and a war baby the Second World War by the way

😅 Loved your comment! And yes, you are so right about the productions of the new entertainment. It would fail even if they tried because you see, different generation, different audience. The first can never deliver lacking the minds and means of reproducing the same frame and the other will never accept it. It’s only us who lived during that era who’d appreciate it and find each other visiting these graveyards with hope to find solace in what’s lost.

See my comment in part one to find the location of Gupta's Emporium. It's one block away on the corner of Lister Ave and Clarence Ave in Doncaster. The large window is bricked up but everything matches the scene where Arkwright goes over to spy on him. The alley he walks out of on the other side of the road has a black gate now. All the alleys that run between and behind the houses are gated now, probably to keep criminals and homeless out.
