Thank you so much, just finished all 4 of my vents and now they work flawlessly. One thing to add, to save some time for people and maybe fingers, the middle blade (for me at least) didn't need to be cut since the hole is smaller, so less friction i think. Also guys be careful when removing the white wheel, the back plastic bridge that's holding it can snap easily.

That little metal pin that holds the grills in place has snapped after I removed my magnet holder from it. Any way to fix this without having to buy a whole new part?

If you refer at that little bar with 4 holes, it is made of plastic. You can try to cut by hand in some similar plastic. Or if you know someone with a 3D printer, you can print it.

That's what mean, if it was how to fix a broken vent that does not blow it will let people know exactly what it is, helping your work get out there to help an even bigger audience .👍🏼. You could mean trim, the inside vent, the rotating dial etc
