1.3 isnt loud, just Corsa have bad sound isolation, Astra have better sound isolation..

Not bad for "only" 75 CV ( I think it's closer to at last 85 CV). And I think too is better to change gear at 4000-4200 as max rpm, despite the red line is at 5000. I've enjoyed this video...good job!! 👍🏼😉

Wow 370000 km you clearly must be doing something right. I assume not having winter must help with rust. The only thing that I can always recommend is to change your oil as often as possible. I thought the 1.3 Diesel fits the car very well and makes it a decent car to drive 👍

You shouldn’t Rev a diesel too high and also diesels have most torque at lower end so no need to in the first place

You are right it is a rough and loud engine but when you use the car for long distance driving it is very efficient

The car was already warm when I started it. With diesels, it's always a fine line between horsepower (high rpm) and torque (low rpm). Most diesels accelerate faster with high rpm, but the kick is feels better at low.

This engine (A13DTC) reaches max horsepower at 4000 rpm, above that it's neither torque nor power...

Sou mecânico da GM e você apresentar um carro e não deixa acender as luzes do painel e esperar que apaguem e só depois dar partida? Uma pessoa que faz isso não percebe nada de carros, depois como vc meteu as velocidades em total descronizacao com as rotações, me desculpa 🙏 mas você está a pôr a GM num papel de carro mau quando o opel corsa eco flex 1300 cc 95cv ano 2013 aqui na Europa é dos carros mais vendaveis, económicos e ligeiros que estavam no mercado no ano de 2012 a 2014. Por isso como faço parte da GM peço lhe que não assasine a marca e arranje um substituto pk vc é péssimo apresentar carros.

Yes he immediately tried to start the engine without waiting for a second. That's not good when the engine especially Diesel is still cold.

Thank you for your concern. The car in the video has been driven just before we filmed it, so it wasn't a cold start. Also, we wait until the cars are fully warmed up before we use all the revs. I understand how it looks misleading due to the cuts, but we wouldn't do anything to the borrowed cars that we wouldn't do to our own.
