Whenever you burn some pizza, its important to clean it out a bit. Just use a damp towel and wrap it on the same pizza peel and wipe it a bit. Closed the door back up and give it 5 minutes to get back to temp. You can also do this if the temp gets too high and you want to cool it down. It takes time to master it, but turning the pizza should be done in one direction only, otherwise the side closes to the fire will get burnt while the other side remains uncooked.

We are located in Central ITALY... so for us it is a must to make the perfect Pizza 😅 even when we are surrounded by all pizzeria's. Good luck to you ❤

Hi there this is a dough with mother yeast and 4 organic types of floor. Probably not the traditional dough for pizza 🍕 but super tasty ❤️
