That’s exactly what I love so much about OnlyOneOf, their songs are always deeper than what it sounds like at first and cover such a wide range of topics. Honestly they’re just really thoughtful and amazing at their work

This is so great! You know, I wish that Wookjin would see this one day, I am sure he put a lot of work into these lyrics and having heard some of his comments in videos I think he really did a lot of research into the science too. Thanks for breaking it all down for us all!

This is so brilliantly done. Reminds me of my first relationship when i was a teenager. I feel like this song could also be taken as a metaphor for any addiction. As someone with an9rexia, i feel this song really describes how i often feel about my ed. I get a major dopamine rush when i lose another pound, but i know that it's also destroying me and I'm constantly striving for more because that high only lasts maybe a day. So grateful to have found ooo. Their music touches my heart like very few artists do.

Thank you for sharing the experience. How OOO make the "you" very vague in the song makes it more open. "You" can mean anything that has significant meaning for us.

i recently got into a relationship where he was desperate for me in the beginning but then he started to disappear and i got worried, now he’s disappeared for 2 months and im still extremely desperate, begging him. as someone with bpd, this song rlly speaks my obsession as an emotionally dependent person 😭😭

I recommend I went to far by Aurora, the song talks about situations like yours and she is a great artist, of course if you listen to other genres besides Kpop, although OnlyOneOf have a different style and that's why I like them

You need to have a one on one with this guy cuz he's clearly going through through something cuz no does this someone he's in a relationship with unless this guy doesn't care anymore or probably has a side chick some where sorry

Honestly op you're my dopamine for making this video. Bout to go watch all your videos now. I knew this really wasn't a romantic love song because of its sound being so addicting. It matches the lyrics so well. And I am that person where i become addicted to someone and not really like them. Just their presence or the way they look at me would be so electrifying which is why after i heard this song i added it straight to the playlist i have of my current crush. My crushes always become addictions for me.

great analysis, thank you!! I feel personally attacked by this song (and I love it), as a person suffering from regular hyperfixations 🤠 anyway, it is a pity that the MV superficially develops the theme

I feel like they really want to show the choreo this time and has to prioritize. Most of the members (except Rie) said the choreo is the hardest so far because of how fast paced it is.

Wow! This is so interesting... It's admirable the detailed work behind each song, lyrics, video and visuals... All match... Excellent video!!! ❤️ When I heard this song the first time I thought this was a love song, but as I listen over and over that thought changed... I'm glad that I was not the only one who feels this is not a simple love song...

Yes they are not using the term to fill the spot. They actually convey a meaningful story about dOpamine.

Wow thank you so much for this dissection!! And here I was thinking it was a romantic one 😅 it makes so much sense and it's so on brand with OnlyOneOf!! Agh they're so cool. Also the abrupt end of the song and the mv adds to the quick end of the dopamine's effects.
