I’ve bought a Weber Performer. Haven’t used it yet as we are waiting to move house. I already have the OnlyFire rotisserie ring and the smaller pizza oven for my 47cm so might give this a go too.

Same here. I am in the process of restoring a used Performer. I wish there will be 17" diameter stones in the future for those big briskets.

First cook, about a chimney of Kingsford using the snake method, went at 250°, for 6 hours after adjusting vents, never touched again. Ribs were perfect and had a little less than half of the coals still unlit. Over a lifetime of use will easily pay for itself in less charcoal used.
