too many kips ruins the difficulty and skill factor. If it takes 14 minutes to do a complete run then it too easy to do more attempts.

@@gautamkalra1325 The game doesn't play realistically at all so the fall damage doesn't have to be realistic either. If it's only damage after descending from a high point, most of those skips would still be possible. Might balance it out. Just a thought. Edit: Actually, it'd be futile. I'm sure those roll cancels would make it the same game it is now but with a few more button presses.

Impossible to know the limit of the speedrun, and honestly, what I really dislike about this speedrun now(it started with the strange glitches at drake found by distorsion, then the champaign skip straight to finish, really killed the enjoyment of the speedrun IMO) is that it seems to be a run where everything is allowed, so the question is, why the 10s speedrun are in a different category, can't differenciate their glitch to glitches like this one. I had to let ou my feelings xD, sry, speedrunners obviously still are insane players

I would say this is a glitch not a skip. it doesn't look intended by the developers. If this counts then launching yourself from the start counts and the real world record is a few seconds. 😂

Pretty sure they only allow specific bugged launches, like Dragon Skip and double champaign, and only because speedrunners really like those. This definitely feels like too much, if they keep allowing earlier and earlier launches, the record would just be the 4-second unrestricted record, only difference here is that the dino moves, just like the dragon, to launch you
