Maki (my pfp) is from Danganronpa V3 (the fourth game in the series) where 16 students are forced into a killing game at an academy run by a robotic bear named Monokuma. The only way to escape the academy is to successfully murder another student and not be voted as the culprit at the resulting trial. Every student has an Ultimate talent that will work with them if they get executed. If nobody is killed within two days, Monokuma will prematurely end the game by killing all of the students.

Undercover cops will take pictures to try to arrest people later(cops may monitor you from this point and try to find the smallest thing they can take you in on) they will also try to incite property damage in peaceful protests or try to incite general violence. Fascist reactionaries will also attempt to do the latter; its all for the goal of making the protestors look rowdy and deserving of any policing that may come their way, no matter how violent or deadly. It can be dangerous to protest and they just want to make it back home. This person who suggests resorting to property damage at a peaceful protest drastically changes the game for everyone involved; they are all now much much more likely to have violent interactions with police and be jailed.
